Gave me a 1 year warranty on the service they performed, not only did they care about my satisfaction they called me several times to make sure that I was satisfied with their work, something you just don't get in this day and time. Thanks Randy and crew!!! All you folks complaining? How about taking your car to Carmine's on mountain road in kernersville NC they charged me $2300 to put in a coil pack , 6 plugs and change the oil, so see how they treat you!!!!

I took my Mercedes up there for a engine fix and transmission fix and I was told that I would have to pay 125 an hr for the people to work on my car and I was told that even if he was out at lunch and not actively working on the car I would still be paying 125 an hr bc he would still be on the clock. I don't recommend anyone going and getting your car fixed at this "shop" (if that's what we are gonna call it) hope they lose all types of business bc this isn't the way you treat potential clientele

Terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. They switched parts out on my vehicle without my permission, to my S550 Mercedes Benz 4Matic ,damaged the vehicle, drove all the gas out probably using it for their own personal use, wrecked the radio to the point it’s going to cost $185.00 just to reprogram it, car in in the shop now getting repairs they are responsible for. The worst experience ever, but he had already warned me that things could go wrong. 😑 see photos

Do not take your car to this shop (if you could even call it that). I’ve had a terrible experience with these people and I would not wish it on anyone. There is a drastic lack of urgency and care for the customer. I’ve been without my vehicle for about two months now and they still can’t give me a diagnosis. Needless to say , I will never make the mistake of fooling with these people again and I will be taking my business to an actual Mercedes dealership.

Awful experience. Let me start by saying, I told Randy what was going on with the car and how it won’t crank. and he quoted me a decent price (obviously cheaper than the MERCEDES BENZ dealership )BUT after a week, they didn’t even diagnose the car !!! THEY asked to drop it off in the front of there driveway. Then, I find out it’s the neighboring business driveway. So the were very rude about getting the car moved out of there driveway after a week. The owner quoted me for labor and part of it was to be outsourced; because of his limitations. I understood that part. But the part comes ready to plug in. Not a single screw needs to be removed to install. Takes 2 minutes to remove and replace the ecm on the top of the engine on a CLS 550. Just an air intake has to be removed. They made me feel like they didn’t want to look further into the problem with my car, since it wasn’t a quick fix. The receptionist is very proud to be rude with customers, because she has to hear it from the owner. she brags about it ” I am the way I am, with all my customers and if they don’t like it, oh well” I Will not spend my money with a business that doesn’t take care of their customers. All this to say
